Problem
I needed a small ESP32-S3 camera a host could consume in OpenCV, not a vendor demo MJPEG page.
What I Built
Firmware on the ESP32-S3 to capture and send frames, plus a host-side OpenCV path to receive and process them.
Result
Live frames from the ESP32-S3 into OpenCV on the host.
