NEOM Sindalah: Rapid Prototyping
Five full-scale electromechanical furniture prototypes for NEOM Sindalah in one month, through Idneo. Air-freighted, integrated, and commissioned on site for the Saudi Crown Prince.
Work through Idneo for NEOM / Sindalah. Role is rapid prototyping / industrial design support, not a claim of sole authorship of the island masterplan.

Problem
Conceptual designs for Sindalah island installations had to become physical, full-scale prototypes in stone, steel, polyurethane, and aluminum on a timeline that could show at the NEOM Conference.
What I Built
Industrial design and rapid prototyping through Idneo. I led a five-person mechanical, electronics, software, and design team and delivered five full-scale electromechanical furniture prototypes for NEOM in one month: lighting and diffuser studies, stainless sheet-metal structures, stone-look ribbed pillars with lit charging-socket rings and base up-lighting, a faceted light pole, glowing benches, and a kiosk. We air-freighted the units, integrated them, and commissioned them on site for the Saudi Crown Prince.
Hard Part
One month to go from concept to five working full-scale pieces that survive air freight and look intentional under conference lights. Lighting, structure, and finish had to land together, not as separate demos.
Result
All five units air-freighted, integrated, and commissioned on site. Presented in the NEOM Conference context.
